Lawrence Ferlinghetti (Yonkers, New York, 1919ko martxoaren 24a - San Frantzisko, 2021eko otsailaren 22a) estatubatuar poeta eta argitaratzailea izan zen.

Long Islanden eta Frantzian hazi zen, eta Columbia, Ipar Carolina eta Parisko unibertsitateetan ikasi zuen. Berrogeita hamarreko hamarkadan sortu zen Beat Generation mugimenduaren sortzaileetako bat da. Mugimendu horri eutsi zion berak sortutako City Lights aldizkariak (San Francisco), eta garai hartako poeta askoren lehenengo testuak argitaratu ziren han.
