Luding (léase Lu-Díng; en chino tradicional, 瀘定縣; en chino simplificado, 泸定县; pinyin, Lúdìng xiàn), conocido como Chagsam o Jagsam por su nombre tibetano (en tibetano: ལྕགས་ཟམ་རྫོང་།, wylie: lcags zam rdzong, ZWPY: Jagsam Zong), es un condado bajo la administración directa de la prefectura autónoma tibetana de Garzê. Se ubica al oeste de la provincia de Sichuan, en el corazón geográfico de la República Popular China. Su área es de 2164 km² y su población total para 2010 superó los 800 mil habitantes.
El condado de Luding se divide en 9 pueblos que se administran en 8 poblados y 1 villa.[2]
