Laura Redondo Mora (Barcelona, 3 de julio de 1988) es una atleta española especializada en lanzamiento de martillo. Posee el récord de España de su especialidad con un lanzamiento de 72.00 m.

Trayectoria deportiva

Laura Redondo nació en Barcelona en 1988.

El 20 de enero de 2013 batió el récord de España de lanzamiento de martillo, hasta entonces en poder de Berta Castells, con una marca de 69,59 m. Mantuvo este récord hasta 2016, cuando Castells lo superó.

El 19 de junio de 2021 recuperó el récord de España con una marca de 70,66 m. Gracias a sus actuaciones durante ese año consiguió clasificarse para los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio 2020, celebrados en 2021 a causa de la pandemia de COVID-19.[1]​

En mayo de 2022 ganó la medalla de oro en el Campeonato Iberoamericano.[2]​ En junio batió su récord de España tres veces consecutivas, en Tarragona,[3]​ La Nucía[4]​ y Madrid, dejándolo en 72.00 m.[5]​ Poco después consiguió otro oro en los Juegos Mediterráneos.[6]​ Estas marcas le permitieron participar en el Campeonato del Mundo del mismo año, donde no logró superar la calificación.[7]​

En 2023 volvió a participar en el Campeonato del Mundo, sin lograr tampoco alcanzar la final.[8]​
