Vladimir Perepelica (ruse Владимир Алексеевич Перепелица; naskiĝis la 31-an de aŭgusto 1969 en urbo Volĵskij, Volgograda provinco, Sovetunio) estas sovetia kaj rusia esperantisto.

Li estas esperantisto ekde 1986, kiam li lernis Esperanton dum dusemajna ekspresa kurso de Aleksandr Melnikov. Laŭ metodo de A.Melnikov ĉiu kursanto ricevas kromnomon (dum la kurso li havis kromnomon Leontodo). Laŭ la kondiĉo Vladimir Perepelica ricevis kromnomon Parolema Fiŝo. De tiu tempo en la Esperanto-medio li estas konata kiel P.Fiŝo.

Post fino de la kurso P.Fiŝo aktive partoprenis organizadon kaj pluan vivon de Esperanto-klubo "Samideano" en Volĵskij. En 1987 li lanĉis kontaktojn kun urba komitato de Komsomolo en Volĵskij. La kontaktoj helpis organizi en Volĵskij festivalojn EoLA-2 kaj EoLA-3. En la sama jaro li kunorganizis Esperanto-klubon "Vagabondo", kies vicprezidanto li estis ĝis la mallanĉo de la klubo en 1990-aj jaroj.

De 1987 ĝis 1991 P.Fiŝo militservis en kosmodromo Bajkonur, kie renkontiĝis kun German Titov (la dua kosmonaŭto de la Tero kaj filo de fama sovetia esperantisto Stepan Titov).

Post maldungiĝo de militservo en 1991 P.Fiŝo rekomencis aktive agadi en Esperanto-kampo. Ekde junio de 1991 li iĝas ano de SEJM-2, tie li plue aktivis dum kelkaj jaroj. Somere de la jaro P.Fiŝo unuan fojon petveturis kaj dum kelkaj jaroj lia sukcesa sperto puŝis multajn ekssovetiajn esperantistojn vojaĝi petmaniere. P.Fiŝo kelkfoje organizis amasajn petveturojn al Esperanto-renkontiĝoj tra eks-Sovetio. Fine de la jaro P.Fiŝo ekloĝis en Niĵnij Novgorod.

En 1996 P.Fiŝo kunorganizis festivalon EoLA-8 en Minsko kaj tendaron OkSEJT-36 en Taganrog. En 1997 P.Fiŝo edziĝis, ekloĝis en Moskvo kaj por multaj jaroj perdis intereson al Esperanto-movado.

Al P.Fiŝo estas dediĉitaj du ruslingvaj poemoj de Grigorij Arosev: "Grustno" ("Мне Фишо никогда ничего не подарит") kaj "Худеет Максим". Krome li estas unu el protagonistoj de la kanto "Skazanie o novyĥ vremenaĥ v sele Ĉeboksari", apartenanta al la sama kolekto.

Verkado

P.Fiŝo mem kaj kunaŭtore verkis plurajn poemojn en Esperanto (menciindas Torto kaj Venis knab' al zoopark' - ambaŭ kunaŭtore kun Sergeo Beznosko) kaj okupiĝis pri tradukado (i.a. li tradukis poemon "Por mistralo" de Friedrich Nietzsche).
