Erdmuthe Dorothea grafino de ZINZENDORF [cincendorf], denaske grafino Reuß zu Ebersdorf [rojs cu ...] (naskiĝis la 7-an de novembro 1700 en Ebersdorf, mortis la 19-an de junio 1756 en Herrnhut) estis germana pietistino kaj poetino de ekleziaj kantoj.

Ŝi ĝuis pietisman edukadon laŭ la principoj de Philipp Jacob Spener. La sinjorino edziniĝis al grafo Nikolao Ludoviko de Zinzendorf en 1722. Naskiĝis al ili, kies edzecon sennombraj kontraŭaj vidpunktoj malfaciligis, dek du infanoj, i.a. Renato de Zinzendorf.

Erdmuthe, al kiu estis instruanta la patrino ekonomion kaj administradon, transprenis la mastrumadon ne nur por la bieno de sia edzo en Berthelsdorf sed ankaŭ por la ĵus fondita domaro Herrnhut. En tiu Komunumo de la fratoj (Brüdergemeine) ŝi iĝis estrino de la Ejo de la fratinoj. Krome ŝi subtenas orfejon kaj servis kiel dompatrino. Post la unua ekziligo de sia edzo ĉi-lasta transdonis al ŝi en 1732 la tutan posedon. Kune kun Nikolao ŝi vojaĝis tra multaj eŭropaj landoj. Post rea elpelo de la edzo ŝi prizorgis liajn posedaĵojn dum dek unu jaroj.

Reveninte el Londono en 1755, la grafo ekvivis separite de sia edzino, ĉar la geedzoj pro longedaŭra disigo multe malkonkordiĝis. Erdmuthe, malsaneta post la morto de sia lasta filo, estis vivanta en Herrnhut, dume la grafo estis loĝanta en la kastelo Berthelsdorf.

Erdmuthe Dorothea elpensis tutan serion da ekleziaj kantoj kaj ŝi merite kaj modele eldonis la herrnhutajn spiritajn kaj edifajn devizojn ("Herrnhuter Losungen").
