This is being debated on Talk:America's_Next_Top_Model,_Cycle_5, and your input would be appreciated. Another thing, Wadaheck removed caridee's CGOW win America's_Next_Top_Model,_Cycle_7 episode 12, based on a forum post, do you know if that was accurate? --Misty Willows (talk) 01:29, 14 March 2009 (UTC) Katarzyna DolinskaThe article Katarzyna Dolinska, has been listed for deletion. If this were a blog or a casual article I would agree with listing by fist name. But Wikipedia has encyclopedic standards and convention that need to be followed (when i first started editing I was chastised for ignoring some of the stylistic rules), such as:
I'm not going to change it back because I respect the hard work you do for wikipedia too much to get into an edit war with you . But I hope that you will change it yourself. -... Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010. Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages. When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here. If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. William ScorpionI should point out that subsequent to your last edit of the article there were a number of further edits, which you may or may not have picked up on your watchlist. In particular the article was tagged for multiple issues with these parameters — BLP sources, COI, dead end and orphan, puffery and uncategorized boxes. It was also moved to the fully capitalised version of the name. Obviously you can recreate, but please bear the concerns in mind. Good luck Jimfbleak - talk to me? 10:28, 9 December 2011 (UTC)
Re: Survivor NamesRe your message: I reverted all of your changes to castaways full names because the style of the articles has been to use the names as listed on the CBS website and include nicknames such as GC, Bob, or Sugar when they are either listed on the CBS website or in use during the castaway interviews in episodes like South Pacific's Papa Bear. The use of the castaways full legal names would not match the convention used in the episodes and would also need a reliable source for them. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 06:24, 14 February 2012 (UTC) Hi, Asia's Next Top ModelI was a bit unsure as to whether I should include the Chinese names in the tables, because I originally thought that e.g. Chinese people are born with Chinese names and have English names given to them by their English teacher, but later I wasn't so sure. Since I saw this edit you made to America's Next Top Model (cycle 8), I thought I should include them. But thanks for clarifying here, here and here. I wanted to ask you a question regarding the edit you made to ANTM 8's page in February that I mentioned above: do the tables strictly have to include birth names? Because "Renee DeWitt" was not an alias, it was her married name. And if so, should we change some of the other names (e.g. Fequiere is Stacy-Ann's married name, Isis' birth surname is Walls, Jessica Amornkuldilok's birth surname is Yimchan etc.)? Linguist 111talk 11:48, 15 April 2016 (UTC) Also, one other thing: I don't see how the middle names sourced by the official sites are "superfluous" or "redundant". I've found no official policy prohibiting having them there. Linguist 111talk 10:05, 3 May 2016 (UTC) Disambiguation link notification for September 28Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Train to Busan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jung Yu-mi. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
