Basically cleaning up, expanding, and creating articles on topics involving oral tradition. The coverage is generally quite poor imo. You found a video that was Commons-friendly to screencap an image of Peggy, and it ended up being a gateway drug into a treasure trove of amazing footage that I screencapped to illustrate the article in a way that was otherwise lost to the past. And Peggy, the beginning of it all, sorely needed her own little image, the cute pupper! Thank you for opening a door to improve that article in a unique way. The 2024 Developing Countries WikiContest has now been running for a month, and we've already seen some momentous improvement in the quality of many articles about underrepresented subjects! So far, our top-scoring participants are:

• Magentic Manifestations (submissions) – 338 points, mainly from nine good articles. He's a contender for the "most submissions for a single country" specialty award, with nine submissions for India.
• Arconning (submissions) – 305 points, including from six seasonally-appropriate Olympics-related good articles.
• Generalissima (submissions) – 290 points, the bulk from her featured article about Greenlandic interpreter Qalaherriaq and two China-related good articles.
• AirshipJungleman29 (submissions) – 245 points, mostly from the achievement of bringing Genghis Khan to featured status.
• Thebiguglyalien (submissions) – 144 points from three good articles, including two about Kiribati elections, and four reviews of good article nominees.

Hello, Di (they-them),

Why on earth did you nominate this article for a deletion discussion when you are arguing to Keep it? AFDs are to consider deletion for an article, you shouldn't nominate an article to settle an editing dispute or to find new sources or for any content-related reasons. It's a waste of editor time and right now this AFD looks like a trainwreck that I know that I don't want to sort through.

You should also not nominate an article for a deletion discussion on behalf of another editor unless the editor is an IP account that can't do this themself. I don't know what you were trying to accomplish through this nomination but in the future please only nominate articles that you are arguing should be deleted. Thank you. Liz ^{Read! I see now that you nominated this article based on discussion at Talk:Frutiger Aero. I still think it would have been better if the editor seeking deletion had asked for help rather than you stepping in and nominating it for them when you actually want the article Kept. Hello, I saw that some example images are removed from the page. i thought they were good examples at illustrating different squib payloads (e.g. down feathers, fake blood), and one had 10+ squibs on which was a good demo of multiple squibs. I get the reasoning that it should be essential only, so I would suggest we keep them up until I can create my own (or someone else) similar images? That might take some time as I need to find some time for it. What do you think? Cheers. @Adenosine Triphosphate: I think that examples should only be added when there are non-copyrighted ones available. We shouldn't just use film screenshots unnecessarily. If you want to make some, that's fine, but until they exist the page shouldn't use any from copyrighted films. Howdy! Based on your work on Frutiger Aero I thought you might be interested in Health Goth. After creating a stub for it, I saw that there was a previously existing article that was deleted years ago for supposed notability concerns. I've added content from that article. I will likely add some more but it needs a bit of editing and link fixing- some of the cites are now dead links. There also appears to be some more recent write-ups that will be useful for expansion. I'm going to try to get it all done in the next 24 - 48 hours so it can be nominated for DYK, specifically to run on Halloween. I'm a bit overwhelmed at the moment so even the lightest help would be wonderful. The 2024 Developing Countries WikiContest has come to a close! After a thrilling finish to the event with a slew of submissions on the final day, we have our winners. With 608 points, Thebiguglyalien (submissions) comes in third with his series of Kiribati and Botswanan submissions; BeanieFan11 (submissions) flies into second place at the last second with 771 points after a string of good articles about sportspersons; and after leading for much of contest's three months, Generalissima (submissions) finishes with a whopping 798 points to take home the Gold Belt Buckle. Congratulations to our winners!

In addition to his spot in the top three, BeanieFan11 (submissions) also wins the special awards for submitting under the most countries (44 countries) and for writing the most articles about women (15 Did you know? nominations)!
