Do you think you might consider adjusting the bot code to allow hidden notes to explain the units?

ClueBot III archived a couple week-old discussions here despite having |age=2160. Is this a bug? Dan Leonard (talk • contribs) 17:14, 7 July 2025 (UTC)

The bot archived threads so that the number of threads on the talk page was 1 so |maxkeepthreads=1 was honored as configured on the page. Admittedly, that seems like a rather odd way to configure the bot. maxkeepthreads is really designed to be set to something high to stop a talk page from having too many threads. — Naomi Amethyst 17:29, 7 July 2025 (UTC)

Ah that explains it, thanks for the quick explanation. I've raised it to 10removed the parameter entirely to prevent this in the future.
