Hi all,

This message is mainly for established Wikipedians and those who reply on this talk page regularly. First of all, thanks for the support you give ClueBot every day :)

I'm happy to let everyone know that the review interface, the one that directly affects CBNGs dataset, is making a come back. Damian has been working hard to get it back working and right now is in a very alpha state, so it can't be accessed by anyone just let

However there is a mountain of false positive reports to go though to make sure there is stuff to review when it gets there so I'm asking for a little bit of help

The report interface is at [1] and you can now log in using your Wikimedia account using OAuth. If you are willing to assist with checking reports, please sign in (so it creates you a virtual account in the system), then reply under this message so I can give you the relevant permissions. (NOTE: If you have an old account when you had to manually create one, the OAuth process might fail, let me know if that's the case)

The process is easy, if its a false report, click Invalid, if its not, click 'Defer to Review Interface'

Hello, for whatever reason I was given a warning about an edit I made to the page for Ellensburg Washington as I never made that one, and I am actually wondering where it came from since only an IP address was identified when I honestly don't even know what mine is. I am sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, I was just confused on it since it even says it was mobile (I think) and I do not browse this page on mobile. I honestly do not know if there is a way for you to verify any of this, I was just more confused than anything else. Hello! I recently changed my archive system from Y/F ("2021/October") to Y/m ("2021/10"). However, ClueBot III recognises the redirects (and pages I set up at User talk:Tol/Archives/2020 and such) as archives themselves. Is there any way to disable ClueBot III from indexing such a page? (It's generating a lot of whitespace at the bottom of User:ClueBot III/Master Detailed Indices/User talk:Tol.) Thanks. Tol (talk | contribs) @ 15:55, 6 October 2021 (UTC)

Cluebot NG seems to have stopped leaving warnings after reverting vandalism. I don't see any left today. TwoTwoHello (talk) 12:27, 8 October 2021 (UTC)

Yes it does appear to have made it's last talk page edit warning to an IP yesterday before it stopped and started running again without posting on any more talk pages after reverting. Odd one. If there are any false positives, these editors may not know where to go to report them unless they are observant enough to do it from the automated edit summaries the bot gives. Pinging in Rich_Smith and Cobi to look at this. It's also not reporting users to AIV. Last report to AIV was yesterday at 17.35 I think. Last warning was yesterday around 8pm.-- 5 albert square (talk) 17:09, 8 October 2021 (UTC)

This is because of phab:T280806. ClueBot NG uses an API that's been deprecated since 2014 to get tokens for everything but rollbacks. That API was finally removed yesterday. mw:MediaWiki_1.37/Deprecation_of_legacy_API_token_parameters has more information. AntiCompositeNumber (talk) 03:58, 9 October 2021 (UTC)
