Create a WikiBook About IIT and link it in the 'below' part of the template.
Suggest new content, section, groups etc to be included in the template
Ensure this template is included in every IIT related Wiki Page
List all schools apart from management schools
list all halls/colleges and other notable campus buildings etc. Create articles for halss/college which require them
Refer to the to do list on the talk page of teh Main IIT wiki Page.
Add the name of the IIT to which each fest pertains to in the 'fests' section of the Template.

The ragging link was deleted because it redirected to Ragging, a general article, not one specific to the IITs. I am not sure we need to keep the distinction in this template. I actually don't even think sorting by year of establishment is a good idea. A navbox is used for navigation, maybe alphabetically is the best for navigation?
