This article may perhaps be read as a list of arguments of why the actor model is perhaps considered "better" than the one(s) it is compared against.

Searching for the word "problematic" it turns up below this heading only: "The 1978 version of CSP differed from the Actor model in the following respects [Clinger 1981]": The problems seem to be related to CSP only.

I find it somewhat strange that in a history article of "actor vs?/and? process calculi", that the actor model should come out on the pro side only, or at least, the compared with - so much in the "problematic". –Øyvind Teig (talk) 18:25, 23 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
