Geiger is a town in Sumter County, Alabama, United States. It incorporated in 1912.^[2] At the 2010 census the population was 170, up from 161 in 2000.

As of the census^[8] of 2000, there were 161 people, 56 households, and 40 families residing in 70 housing units in the town. The racial makeup of the town was 29.8% White and 70.2% Black or African American.

There were 56 households, out of which 32% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45% were married couples living together, 18% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27% were non-families. 23% of all households were made up of individuals, and 14% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
