ExtendMax (full name: Extendmax Vietnam Company Limited) is a technology consulting enterprise established in 2015 by Trần Thanh Phương. The company was sponsored by the Vietnamese Government, mainly operates in the fields of providing services such as conformity certification, energy labeling declaration, import procedures to access the Vietnamese market.[1][2]
Operations
ExtendMax was founded on August 19, 2015, by Trần Thanh Phương, who serves as CEO and General Director. At its inception, the company operated as a small sized enterprise with 3 employees, offering consultancy services on conformity certification.
In 2017, ExtendMax implemented energy labeling consultancy programs under the Vietnam National Energy Efficiency Program (VNEEP).[3][4][5]
Since 2020, the company got sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Vietnam) as the national main customs enterprise[6][7] and began to signed multiple commercial contracts with multinational corporations: in January with Lenovo, in March with Samsung, and in April with LG.[8]
Between May and September 2023, ExtendMax provided entrusted import services for IT equipment for LEGO’s factory in Bình Dương, Vietnam, with a total investment of 1.3 billion USD. As of May 2025, the company has served clients from around 30 countries worldwide, including many manufacturers listed in the Fortune 500.[9]
