The season covers the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. This season saw the departure of Abdullah Madu who had been at the club for 17 years.
On 17 September, Al-Nassr terminated the contract of head coach Luís Castro following a slow start to the season.[5]
On January 1st 2025, Majid Al-Jam'an replaced Guido Fienga as the club's Executive Director
