Η VTB Λίγκα[1] (αγγλικά: VTB United League, ρωσικά: Единая Лига ВТБ) είναι διεθνής διοργάνωση καλαθοσφαίρισης που ιδρύθηκε το 2008. Συμμετέχουν ομάδες της βορειοανατολικής Ευρώπης και σκοπός της δημιουργίας της ήταν να δημιουργηθεί ένα ανταγωνιστικό πρωτάθλημα με τις ισχυρότερες ομάδες κρατών, της βόρειας και ανατολικής Ευρώπης. Χορηγός της διοργάνωσης είναι η VTB Bank, η οποία συμπεριλαμβάνεται στην επίσημη επωνυμία της διοργάνωσης.[2]

Συμμετείχαν αρχικά ομάδες από τη Ρωσία, την Ουκρανία, τη Λιθουανία, τη Λετονία και την Εσθονία. Από τη σεζόν 2010-11 προστέθηκαν ομάδες από τη Φινλανδία την Πολωνία και τη Λευκορωσία ενώ από τη σεζόν 2011-12 προστέθηκαν και ομάδες από την Τσεχία και το Καζακστάν.[3] Σε μεγάλο βαθμό η λίγκα έχει οδηγήσει στην ανασύσταση του πρωταθλήματος της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης. Σήμερα, συμμετέχουν ομάδες μόνο από τη Ρωσία (10), τη Λευκορωσία (1) και το Καζακστάν (1).[4]

Τη σεζόν 2019-20, το πρωτάθλημα ακυρώθηκε και δεν υπήρξε πρωταθλητής, λόγω της πανδημίας του κορονοϊού.[5]

Η VTB Λίγκα είναι μέλος της ULEB.[6] Οι ομάδες που συμμετέχουν στην VTB Λίγκα, συμμετέχουν τόσο στις ευρωπαϊκές διοργανώσεις, όσο και στα εθνικά τους πρωταθλήματα, με εξαίρεση το ρωσικό πρωτάθλημα το οποίο συγχωνεύθηκε πλήρως στη συγκεκριμένη διοργάνωση.[7]

Λογότυπο

Το λογότυπο του πρωταθλήματος έχει εξελιχθεί με την πάροδο του χρόνου. Το 2017 παρουσιάστηκε ένα νέο λογότυπο, στο οποίο προστέθηκε το τρόπαιο της διοργάνωσης. Αναπόσπαστο στοιχείο του λογότυπου, αποτελεί ο κεντρικός χορηγός του πρωταθλήματος, η «VTB Bank».[2]
