Die Liste der Nationalen Meister des Deutschen Schachbundes listet alle Schachspieler auf, die vom Deutschen Schachbund (DSB) den Titel Schachmeister des DSB bzw. später Nationaler Meister auf Lebenszeit erhalten haben. Dieser Titel ist nicht zu verwechseln mit dem älteren Titel Deutscher Meister. Im Zuge der Neu-Einführung der Turnierordnung des DSB am 1. Januar 1952 wurde der Titel 34 Spielern auf Lebenszeit verliehen, darunter auch an Spieler, die den Titel bereits zuvor für eine begrenzte Zeit erhalten hatten. Ab 1953 musste man einen vorderen Platz bei den Deutschen Meisterschaften belegen, um den Titel zu erhalten.

Die Liste ist sortiert nach dem Jahr des Titelerhalts. Die Spalte "FIDE-Titel" gibt an, ob der Spieler neben dem nationalen Titel auch vom Weltschachbund FIDE einen Titel erhalten hat.
