Liocarpilodes ist eine Gattung der Rundkrabben mit sechs Arten.[1] Sie besiedeln die Gezeitenzone und den Schelf in Tiefen zwischen 0 und 30 Metern im Indopazifik.[2]

Merkmale

Der Carapax ist bis zu 8,4 mm lang und glatt oder fein granuliert. Die Regionen sind kaum abgegrenzt. Die Stirnbreite beträgt 40 % von der des Carapax. Die seitliche Erweiterung am Ende des basalen Antennenglieds fehlt oder blockiert den Augenhöhlenschlitz nur wenig, so dass die frei beweglichen Antennenglieder in die Augenhöhle eintreten können. Das erste Gonopodium trägt dicht vor dem Ende lange, vom Körper weg gerichtete Borsten, was die Gattung von Chlorodiella unterscheidet.[2]
