Cyclozodion ist eine Gattung der Krabben mit zwei Arten.[1] Sie kommen vom Schelf bis zum Kontinentalhang in Tiefen zwischen 31 und 640 m im gemäßigten Nord- und tropischen Westatlantik vor.[2][2]
Merkmale
Der Carapax von Cyclozodion wird bis zu 26 mm lang. Sein hinterer Seitenrand trägt eine gezahnte Leiste, die nicht bis zur maximalen Carapaxbreite reicht. Die Stirn ist schmaler als die Augenhöhle und mit drei Zähnen besetzt. Die Hand der Scherenbeine hat eine vertikal verlaufende, gerändelte Leiste auf der Innenseite.[2]
