Sanxay és un municipi francès situat al departament de la Viena i a la regió de la Nova Aquitània. L'any 2007 tenia 549 habitants.

Demografia

Població

El 2007 la població de fet de Sanxay era de 549 persones. Hi havia 260 famílies de les quals 84 eren unipersonals (44 homes vivint sols i 40 dones vivint soles), 104 parelles sense fills, 48 parelles amb fills i 24 famílies monoparentals amb fills.

Dels 260 habitatges principals, 206 estaven ocupats pels seus propietaris, 50 estaven llogats i ocupats pels llogaters i 4 estaven cedits a títol gratuït; 3 tenien una cambra, 12 en tenien dues, 38 en tenien tres, 75 en tenien quatre i 132 en tenien cinc o més. 175 habitatges disposaven pel capbaix d'una plaça de pàrquing. A 144 habitatges hi havia un automòbil i a 91 n'hi havia dos o més.[2]
