50-ият източен меридиан или 50° източна дължина e меридиан, който се разпростира от Северния полюс на север, през Северния ледовит океан, Европа, Азия, Африка, Индийския океан, Мадагаскар, Индийски океан и Антарктида, до Южния полюс на юг.
