Раіса Максімаўна Гарбачова (народжаная Цітарэнка; 5 студзеня 1932, Рубцоўск, Заходне-Сібірскі, СССР — 20 верасня 1999, Мюнстэр, Паўночны Рэйн-Вестфалія, Германія) — савецкі і расійскі грамадскі дзеяч, жонка М. С. Гарбачова.

Біяграфія

Пасля 1985 года, калі муж быў абраны Генеральным сакратаром ЦК КПСС, Раіса Максімаўна занялася грамадскай дзейнасцю. Разам з акадэмікам Д. С. Ліхачовым, Г. В. Мясніковым і іншымі дзеячамі айчыннай культуры стварыла «Савецкі Фонд культуры», стала членам прэзідыума Фонду.

Шмат у чым дзякуючы Гарбачовай, Цэнтральны музей старажытнарускай культуры і мастацтва імя Андрэя Рублёва, Музей Марыны Цвятаевай, Музей прыватных калекцый ГМІІ імя А. С. Пушкіна, Музей сям’і Бенуа ў Пецяргофе, Музей Рэрыхаў атрымлівалі падтрымку Фонду. Ён таксама спрыяў аднаўленню цэркваў і помнікаў грамадзянскай архітэктуры, вяртанні ў СССР раней вывезеных культурных каштоўнасцяў, бібліятэк і архіваў. У перыяд з 1986 па 1991 год Фондам былі прыцягнутыя і накіраваны на культурную дзейнасць сродкі, эквівалентныя ста мільёнам долараў ЗША.

У якасці жонкі Генеральнага сакратара ЦК КПСС, а пазней Прэзідэнта СССР, суправаджала Гарбачова ў яго ў паездках, ўдзельнічала ў прыёмах замежных дэлегацый, якія прыязджалі ў Савецкі Саюз, рэгулярна з’яўлялася на тэлеэкранах, нярэдка выклікаючы непрыязнасць савецкіх жанчын, шматлікім з якіх здавалася, што яна занадта часта змяняе ўборы і шмат выказваецца. Да яе з жонкамі высокапастаўленых асоб, якія прыязджалі ў СССР, як правіла, сустракалася Валянціна Церашкова.
