Sources need to be published and independent with significant coverage of the topic, you have dived into Wikipedia and immediately attempted the most difficult task here, namely writing an article about someone you are related to. It is irreleavnt that they have an article on the French Wikipedia, they are two entirely separate projects with different notability requirements. Just find more reliable independent sources. @Nycrest oh, don't use chatgpt. For one chatgpt (or any WP:LLM, read that) does not know what the sources say and a Wikipedia article should summarize, in a neutral manner, the sources. In addition, it tends to use promotional language and above all, it should be your words. In short, chatgpt/LLM is horrible for use here. @Nycrest if English is your second language, you might be better off writing in your first/most comfortable language then using a translation tool as a first step (they can be wrong too, which you probably already know), then only using chatgpt for a tweak or so.
