Re. Correction on Denise Levertov page --
Thanks for the following:
"(Corrected factual error; Washington U holds only a 1-box collection; the papers are at Stanford.)"
I've been focused exclusively on developing the Bibliography, so haven't looked at or evaluated other listings, such as thhat to which you refer. What is more needed is defense of my efforts to add Tables of Contents to the individual titles under Primary Works. Someone before I hadded added two quite a while ago, and those were undisturbed. In no time after my efforts one of my additions was deleted. And after that, becaues of my mention of them, another of mine -- and the two existing -- were also deleted.
At this point I view the continuing objection/s to adding Tables of Contents as harassment, as they are increasingly made up of invented rationales.

Hi, Leofstan. I'm excited to see you're still working on improving the Albert and Shirley Small Special Collections Library article! It's looking quite nice. I did want to clarify one thing, however. I see that you've been adding links to external webpages in the article's body text. If you look at WP:ELPOINTS, a section of the guideline on external links, you'll see it contains, "External links should not normally be used in the body of an article. Instead, include appropriate external links in an "External links" section at the end of the article, and in the appropriate location within an infobox, if applicable." I've removed the links in the article body text. If you think they should be included in the external links section, feel free to re-add them there. Thanks again! – GorillaWarfare(talk)13:53, 3 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2013-06-03T13:53:00.000Z","author":"GorillaWarfare","type":"comment","level":1,"id":"c-GorillaWarfare-2013-06-03T13:53:00.000Z-External_links","replies":[]}}-->

A tag has been placed on File:William Faulkner's Typewriter at the University of Virginia.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello Leofstan, I just created this article using your AfC draft because I was working on starting one anyway and found your version via Google searching which was much better. Strangely it was on a Japanese site.[1] It seemed stalled after 3+ months and looked pretty good. To make the article as stable as possible if you have any more sources of information about this person, such as a biography or obituary, then include it as a citation.
Beyond this a common next step is to match more content to citations. A citation after every sentence is common. When you used citations, did all the sentences in your paragraph come from the same source? This is only evident by repeating citations, which I could help with if you need assistance.
Another next step would be structured data. Check out d:Q55647989. Consider clicking "add statement". If you make this an "instance of human", then following that, further statement iterations prompt you for biodata like gender, birth date, occupation, etc. We can also connect this person to any other databases.
Try on your own, or if you like, let's give it a go in person. This is how the wiki is built! You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Jefferson School (Charlottesville, Virginia). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Jefferson School City Center. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Jefferson School City Center. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Hello, I'm Natureium. I noticed that you recently removed content from Jefferson School City Center without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Great work on the article, and it's a very interesting topic as well! The article could use some more links to other articles, as well as categories. Additionally, words that are not proper nouns shouldn't be capitalized within section headings - I've already fixed this for now, but just for future reference.

Hello, Leofstan. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. After reviewing your request for the "eventcoordinator" permission, I have temporarily enabled the flag on your account until 2018-12-02. Keep in mind these things:
The event coordinator right removes the limit on the maximum number of new accounts that can be created in a 24-hour period.
The event coordinator right allows you to temporarily add the "confirmed" permission to newly created accounts. You should not grant this for more than 10 days.
The event coordinator right is not a status symbol. If it remains unused, it is likely to be removed. Abuse of the event coordinator right will result in its removal by an administrator.
Please note, if you were previously a member of the "account creator" group, your flag may have been converted to this new group.
If you no longer require the right, let me know, or ask any other administrator. Drop a note on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of the event coordinator right. Happy editing! An article you recently created, Katherine McNamara (publisher and writer), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. ...discospinstertalk19:29, 8 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2019-10-08T19:29:00.000Z","author":"Discospinster","type":"comment","level":1,"id":"c-Discospinster-2019-10-08T19:29:00.000Z-Katherine_McNamara_(publisher_and_writer)_moved_to_draftspace","replies":[]}}-->

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Katherine McNamara (publisher and writer), a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.
If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.
You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.
If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Hi there, Leofstan, and welcome to Women in Red. Your experience of the book trade should be useful to the project. I see you have already written a few biographies of women and hope there will be many more. If you have not already done so, you might find it useful to look at some of our essays, perhaps starting with the Primer. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties or need assistance. Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 06:15, 4 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"20231004061500","author":"Ipigott","type":"comment","level":1,"id":"c-Ipigott-20231004061500-Women_in_Red","replies":[]}}-->
