Gerda Arendt, Thanks for your posts. I really enjoyed both stories about the Mozart Family Grand Tour and Liana Isakadze. I enjoyed reading about the family and Mozart's sister... and the courts, churches, and other places they visited and performed at over their tour. I've never read the detail about their grand tour, so that was quite fun and interesting. On 13 August, Bach's cantata was 300 years old, and the image one. The cantata is an extraordinary piece, using the chorale's text and famous melody more than others in the cycle. It's nice to have not only a recent death, but also this "birthday" on the Main page. Hello (sorry for taking so long). You reverted my move of Angela (slave), opting for (enslaved woman), citing Slavery#Terminology. I'm confused by this decision.

First, the terminology section itself describes the naming as "dispute". I thought the (slave) disambiguator would be a better choice due to WP:NOTCENSORED, similarly to changing "passed away" to "died".

Second, you only made this move for Angela. I can easily find other pages still using the (slave) disambiguator, including John Punch (slave), Abigail (slave), Fortune (American slave), William Gardner (former slave), John Brown (fugitive slave), William Grimes (ex-slave), William Green (former slave). You also didn't move Caesar (slave), which I based my move off of. The only other pages I could find using the (enslaved man/woman) disambiguator are Acme (enslaved woman), Ana Cardoso (enslaved woman) and Peter (enslaved man).

This definitely needs an official proposal. WikiProject Women in Green is holding a month-long Good Article Edit-a-thon event in October 2024!

Running from October 1 to 31, 2024, WikiProject Women in Green (WiG) is hosting a Good Article (GA) edit-a-thon event with the theme Around the World in 31 Days! All experience levels welcome. Never worked on a GA project before? We'll teach you how to get started. Or maybe you're an old hand at GAs – we'd love to have you involved! Participants are invited to work on nominating and/or reviewing GA submissions related to women and women's works (e.g., books, films) during the event period. We hope to collectively cover article subjects from at least 31 countries (or broader international articles) by month's end. GA resources and one-on-one support will be provided by experienced GA editors, and participants will have the opportunity to earn a special WiG barnstar for their efforts.
