@Artaxerex and Wikishovel: It appears (as Wikishovel already wrote) this is an attempt made in good faith not to translate an existing Persian Wikipedia (fa.wp) into English, but to translate an existing en.wp article - Farid Novin - into Persian. As far as I can see, no fa.wp article for Farid Novin has ever been created. I'm mostly fine with, say, moving en.wp "فرید نوین" to User:Artaxerex/فرید نوین. This might raise some attribution issues - (WP:ATT and WP:COPYWITHIN are relevant here. I seek your opinions about this.
