why is this template lime green? seems to be counter to WP:DEVIATIONS? Is the issue the shade? Because that link is only about accessibility. It's more of a mint green and is in high contrast with the typeface so you'll have to elaborate if you still think it's "counter". when I see a deviation in colour, I expect it's for an actual reason. so, I am assuming there is no actual reason?
