Added label "Historical"

I've added "Historical" to "City Building Series" for these reasons:

  • To distinguish from SimCity which is also a (major) city building series but has its own template
  • Because "city building series" as a term from old Impressions Games is now blurred by new Tilted Mill Entertainment on the scene with many previous Impressions Games designers especially Chris Beatrice -- Sitearm | Talk 17:59, 2005 August 21 (UTC)
