تُلعب مرحلة المجموعات لكأس الاتحاد الآسيوي 2020 من 10 فبراير إلى 24 يونيو 2020.[1]ألغيت البطولة بسبب فيروس كورونا.[2][3] يتنافس ما مجموعه 36 فريقًا في دور المجموعات لتحديد 11 مقعداً في مرحلة خروج المغلوب من كأس الاتحاد الآسيوي 2020 .[4]
