Gorgias (Grieks: Γοργίας, [ɡorɡíaːs]; fl. omtrent 427 v.C.) was 'n Griekse sofistiese filosoof.

In 427 v.C. is hy een van die lede van 'n gesantskap uit Leontini (in Sisilië) wat Athene besoek om hulp te vra teen die stad Syracuse. Die oligargie van Syracuse probeer die demokrasie van Leontini omver te werp.[1]

Sy filosofie kan as nihilisme beskryf word. Hy het geredeneer dat niks bestaan nie. Dit wil sê dat hy metafisika, gesonde verstand en empirisme verwerp het as basis vir 'n stelsel van oortuigings.[2]
