Putri Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Putri Kerajaan^[1] (bahasa Thai: มหาจักรีสิรินธร, Pengucapan Thai: [má.hǎː .ʨàk.krīː.sì.rīn.tʰɔːn]; RTGS: Maha Chakkri Sirinthon; atau Putri Sirindhorn Debarattanasuda Kitivadhanadullasobhak (bahasa Thai: สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ; RTGS: Somdet Phra Chao Luk Ter Chao Fa Sirinthon Thepparatsuda Kitiwattanadunlasophak) lahir 2 April 1955) adalah anak ketiga Raja Bhumibol Adulyadej dan adik Raja Thailand saat ini, Vajiralongkorn.

Gelar resminya adalah Somdet Phra Theppharatratsuda Chao Fa Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Ratthasimakhunakonpiyachat Sayamborommaratchakumari^[2] (สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา เจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรีสิรินธร รัฐสีมาคุณากรปิยชาติ สยามบรมราชกุมารี), yang diberikan kepadanya pada 5 Desember 1977. Warga Thailand biasa menyebutnya dengan gelar Phra Thep, yang berarti Putri Bidadari.

Kedudukannya dalam pewaris takhta Thailand sejajar dengan gelar kakaknya Pangeran Mahkota, Maha Vajiralongkorn.^[3] Hal ini disebabkan oleh perubahan konstitusi Thailand pada tahun 1974 yang memperbolehkan pewaris takhta dari seorang wanita, dan akhirnya Sirindhorn berhak atas kekuasaan di Thailand.^[4]
