Lucy Alice T. Punch (lahir 30 Desember 1977)^[1]^[2] adalah seorang aktris asal Inggris. Ia telah muncul dalam film Ella Enchanted (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007), You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger, Dinner for Schmucks, (keduanya 2010) dan Into the Woods (2014). Ia juga dikenal karena perannya sebagai Amy dalam Bad Teacher (2011), Amanda dalam sitkom BBC Motherland dan Amandaland. Ia juga memerankan Esmé Squalor dalam serial drama komedi hitam Netflix A Series of Unfortunate Events.

Kehidupan awal

Punch lahir pada tanggal 30 Desember 1977 di Hammersmith, London, putri dari Johanna (née Lowe) dan Michael Punch, yang menjalankan perusahaan riset pasar.^[3] Dia dididik secara pribadi di Godolphin dan Latymer School di Hammersmith, London.^[4] Dia tampil dengan National Youth Theatre dari tahun 1993 hingga 1997, dan memulai kursus di Universitas Kolese London sebelum keluar untuk menjadi seorang aktris.^[5]

Kehidupan pribadi

Punch berkencan dengan James D'Arcy selama sekitar tiga tahun setelah mereka bertemu saat syuting film TV Come Together pada tahun 2002.^[6] Dia melahirkan anak pertamanya, seorang putra bernama Rex, pada Juli 2015.^[7]
