John Lloyd Stephens (28 November 1805 – 13 Oktober 1852) adalah seorang penjelajah, penulis dan diplomat asal Amerika Serikat. Stephens adalah tokoh penting dalam penemuan kembali peradaban Maya di seluruh Amerika Tengah dan dalam perencanaan perkeretaapian Panama.
