Daniel Michael DeVito Jr. (lahir 17 November 1944) adalah seorang aktor dan pembuat film Amerika. Ia menjadi terkenal karena perannya sebagai operator taksi Louie De Palma dalam serial televisi Taxi (1978–1983), yang membuatnya memenangkan Golden Globe Award dan Emmy Award. Dia memainkan Frank Reynolds di sitkom FXX It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2006–sekarang).
