Léon Charles Albert Calmette ForMemRS^[1] (12 Juli 1863 – 29 Oktober 1933) adalah seorang dokter, bakteriolog dan imunologi, dan seorang perwira penting dari Institut Pasteur berkebangsaan Prancis. Dia menemukan Bacillus Calmette-Guérin, bentuk lemah dari Mycobacterium bovis yang digunakan dalam BCG sebagai vaksin melawan tuberkulosis . Dia juga mengembangkan antivenom pertama untuk racun ular yaitu, serum Calmette.
