Al-Muzayri'a (bahasa Arab: المُزيرعة) adalah sebuah desa Palestina di Subdistrik Ramle. Desa tersebut dikosongkan pada 1948. Pada 1998, kota Israel baru El'ad dibangun di atas reruntuhannya.
