Sirnajati adalah salah satu desa di Kecamatan Cibarusah, Kabupaten Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia.
Nama Desa Sirnajati berasal dari dua kata dalam Bahasa Sunda, yaitu Sirna (ᮞᮤᮁᮔ) yang berarti "hilang/tiada, bisa diartikan juga sebagai "damai" dan Jati (ᮏᮒᮤ) yang berarti "jati diri/identitas". Oleh karena itu, nama Sirnajati dapat diartikan sebagai "diri yang damai/desa yang penuh kedamaian". Nama ini diberikan oleh Raden Mardjuki, camat pertama Cibarusah ketika wilayah ini dimasukkan ke dalam pemerintahan Kabupaten Bekasi dari Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 1950. Raden Mardjuki bertugas sebagai camat Cibarusah hingga tahun 1952. Beliau juga lah yang memberikan nama untuk desa-desa lain di wilayah Kecamatan Cibarusah, yaitu Desa Sindangmulya, Ridogalih, dll.[2]
