Raja Bonaran Situmeang, S.H., M.Hum. (disingkat R. Bonaran Situmeang; 7 Desember 1962 – 22 Oktober 2021) adalah pengacara Indonesia sekaligus Bupati Tapanuli Tengah Periode Tahun 2011-2016.
Raja Bonaran Situmeang lahir di Gonting Mahe, Sorkam, pada tanggal 7 Desember 1962.[1]
Raja Bonaran dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pandan pada Rabu 20 Oktober 2021 sekitar pukul 07.00 WIB. Ia didiagnosa menderita penyakit stroke tiga jam kemudian dan segera dipindahkan ke ruang rawat inap rumah sakit tersebut. Sekitar pukul 22.30 WIB, Raja Bonaran dipindahkan ke Rumah Sakit Metta Medika Sibolga dalam keadaan tidak sadarkan diri. Ia akhirnya dinyatakan wafat pada tangggal 22 Oktober 2021 pukul 11.15 WIB.[2]
Raja Bonaran Situmeang merupakan penganut agama Kristen Protestan. Ia menikah dengan Norma Simatupang dan memiliki seorang anak.[1]
