Rabun senja, rabun ayam, atau niktalopia (nyctalopia) adalah sebuah penyakit mata yang menyebabkan penderitanya kesulitan melihat jika kekurangan sumber cahaya. Penyakit ini bisa disebabkan karena luka, malagizi (kekurangan vitamin A) atau sejak lahir.
Dinamakan rabun ayam karena ayam selepas senja atau ketika sumber cahaya berkurang juga mengalami kesulitan melihat.
