Prayojana Kriya Pata Parasamya Purnakarya Nugraha adalah tanda kehormatan yang diberikan kepada provinsi (Daerah tingkat I) yang sebelumnya telah berhasil mendapatkan tanda kehormatan Parasamya Purnakarya Nugraha, tetapi tetap mendapatkan gelar tiga daerah terbaik pada penilaian Pelita berikutnya. Tanda kehormatan ini ditetapkan pada tahun 1979.[1]

Bentuk

Prayojana Kriya Pata Parasamya Purnakarya Nugraha berbentuk ular-ular segi empat berwarna kuning emas yang terbuat dari kain beludru. Di ketiga sisinya terdapat jumbai-jumbai kain sutra yang berwarna kuning emas pula. Di bagian depan maupun belakangnya terdapat lambang Garuda Pancasila serta bintang bersudut lima yang dikelilingi setangkai padi dan kapas. Bagian depan tanda kehormatan berisi nama provinsi penerima, pesan dan amanat, serta tanda tangan Presiden. Sementara itu, di bagian belakangnya berisi motto pengabdian provinsi penerima. Keseluruhan tulisannya berwarna kuning emas.[1]
