Moshé Mizrahi (bahasa Ibrani: משה מזרחי‎; 5 September 1931 – 3 Agustus 2018) adalah seorang sutradara Israel.

Ia telah menyutradarai 14 film di Israel dan Prancis. Tiga film buatannya dinominasikan pada Academy Award untuk Film Berbahasa Asing Terbaik, I Love You Rosa,^[1] The House on Chelouche Street^[2] dan Madame Rosa, yang paling akhir memenangkan penghargaan tersebut.^[3]

Pada September 1994, ia diberi penghargaan di Festival Film Haifa atas jasa seumur hidupnya pada sinema Israel.

Film markah tanah-nya, Les Stances a Sophie, tidak ditampilkan selama dua puluh delapan tahun sampai 2008 ketika film tersebut dirilis ulang dan dimasukkan ke FADER oleh Alexander Geoffrey Frank.

Pada Maret 2009, Mizrahi tinggal di Tel Aviv, memimpin lokakarya pembuatan film di sekolah film Universitas Tel Aviv. Istrinya, Michal Bat-Adam, adalah seorang sutradara serta aktris, dan memainkan peran utama dalam beberapa film Mizrahi.

Mizrahi meninggal dunia pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2018, pada usia 86 tahun.^[4]
