MY Cephei (IRC +60375) adalah Bintang Super raksasa merah yang terletak di NGC 7419 di konstelasi Cepheus. Ia memiliki tipe spektral M7.5 yang tidak biasa, salah satu jenis spektral terbaru dari Klasifikasi super raksasa, dan merupakan salah satu super raksasa merah paling indah, dan juga salah satu bintang terbesar yang diketahui.^[9] MY Cephei adalah bintang variabel semiregular dengan kecerahan maksimum berkekuatan 14,4 dan skala minimum 15,5.^[10]
