Lucya Andam Dewi adalah seorang pengusaha penerbitan dan tokoh perbukuan Indonesia. Ia dipercaya sebagai Ketua Umum Ikatan Penerbit Indonesia (IKAPI) setelah terpilih dengan suara mayoritas dalam Kongres IKAPI ke-17 pada November 2010 di Jakarta.[1][2]
Dalam rapat tahunan Asosiasi Penerbit ASEAN, ABPA, yang berlangsung pada 2 November 2013 di Hotel JW Marriott, Jakarta, Lucya Andam Dewi menerima penyerahan jabatan President of ABPA, dari Patrick Chan yang berasal dari Singapura. ABPA beranggotakan seluruh negara ASEAN, yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Filipina, Singapura, Brunei Darussalam, Laos, dan Vietnam.[3]
