西德尼·波蒂埃[註 1] KBE（英語：Sidney Poitier，發音： /ˈpwɑːtjeɪ/ 或 /ˈpwɑːti.eɪ/; 1927年2月20日—2022年1月6日[3]），生于美国迈阿密，美国演员，导演，作家和外交官，全世界第一位黑人奥斯卡影帝。

1963年，波蒂埃凭借在电影《原野百合花》[4]中的表演成为第一位赢得奥斯卡最佳男主角奖的黑人演员。[5]1999年，美国电影学会评选波蒂埃入围AFI百年百大明星，位居25名男演员的第22位。

波蒂埃曾执导了一些流行电影，2002年，在他获得奥斯卡最佳男主角奖38年后，波蒂埃因为他的非凡表现力获得由美国电影艺术与科学学院颁发的奥斯卡终身成就奖。[6]自1997年以来他一直是巴哈马驻日本大使。他也是巴哈马驻联合国教科文组织大使。2009年8月12日，西德尼·波蒂埃荣获美国总统奥巴马颁发的总统自由勋章，这是美国平民的最高荣誉。[7]

个人生活

1950年4月29日波蒂埃与Juanita Hardy结婚，1965年离婚。1976年1月23日他与Joanna Shimkus结婚，Joanna是一个加拿大出生的立陶宛和爱尔兰后裔女星。他与他的第一任妻子有四个女儿，与他的第二任妻子有两个女儿：Beverly[8]，Pamela[9]，Sherri[10]，Gina[11]，Anika[12]，Sydney Tamiia[13]。
