2024年夏季残疾人奥林匹克运动会盲人门球比赛于2024年8月28日至9月8日在巴黎皮埃尔·德·顾拜旦体育场举行。产生男子和女子共2枚金牌。[2]本届比赛的参赛队伍将分别减少两支男队和女队，男女单项将各有八支球队参赛。
