2011–12年香港高級組銀牌是第 110 屆香港高級組銀牌的足球賽事。上屆準決賽份子標準流浪、公民、南華及和富大埔被列為種子球隊，首輪將會輪空。今屆賽事再度獲得「中國馳名商標」–廣東康寶電器有限公司繼續成為這項錦標賽的冠名贊助商[2]。賽事冠軍可獲得2013年亞洲足協盃參賽資格。

賽制

本屆賽事之賽制與以往有所改變：採取主客制單淘汰賽制每一圈對賽雙方需進行首、次兩個回合（分別進行主、客各一場賽事），以兩回合計總比數勝出者晉級下一圈賽事（設有作客入球優惠制）。首回合賽事於法定時間九十分鐘比賽後成和局，將不設加時；若次回合法定時間九十分鐘賽事於計算作客入球優惠後仍為和局，將會進行加時賽上、下半場各十五分鐘賽事（加時賽中作客入球優惠制則不會計算），決賽則一場決勝負。[2]
