2011年中華民國共有16次鄉鎮市長補選，包括：

草屯鎮鎮長補選

由於中國國民黨籍周信利於南投縣草屯鎮鎮長選舉賄選而被判處當選無效定讞、解除鎮長職務[1]所舉行。於2011年1月8日進行投開票，結果由民主進步黨籍候選人洪國浩以19票的極小差距險勝。[2]

員林鎮鎮長補選

由於彰化縣員林鎮第十六屆鎮長吳宗憲涉及貪污案，於2011年3月30日遭台中地院依貪污治罪條例判處有期徒刑14年，並追繳貪污所得[10]，根據地方制度法被停職。隨後於4月13日遭監察院彈劾[11]。5月13日由國民黨副主席詹春柏的長子詹明叡代理鎮長[12]。吳宗憲於5月31日寄出辭職信給縣府[13][14]、彰化縣政府於6月17日批准辭呈[15]。吳宗憲辭職所遺任期超過兩年，根據地方制度法要辦理補選。於2011年9月10日進行投開票。結果由中國國民黨籍候選人張錦昆贏得選舉。[16]

由於南投縣集集鎮第十六屆鎮長莊瑞麟接任南投縣農會總幹事造成缺額所舉行。於2011年9月17日進行投開票，結果由無黨籍候選人嚴鴻邦以2079票贏得選舉。[17]

因彰化縣花壇鄉第16屆鄉長施華芬涉及賄選判刑確定、解除鄉長職務所舉行之補選。選舉於2011年10月1日舉行，由無黨籍之顧金土贏得選舉。值得注意的是，顧金土剛剛上任，又因涉及賄選而被解職，造成甫辦理完鄉長補選，又須再次補選。[18]
