萬千星輝頒獎典禮2007（英語：TVB Awards Presentation 2007）於2007年11月17日舉行，由鄭裕玲及崔建邦擔任大會司儀，當晚共頒發17個獎項。入圍名單於2007年10月17日公佈。本屆頒獎禮自《萬千星輝賀台慶》分拆後首次作現場直播頒獎典禮。[1][2]
