王士让

王士讓（?—?），字尚卿。清代安溪（今属福建）人。

早年致力经学。雍正十年（1732年）以五经应试中副车。平生喜歡收集奇花異草，相傳培植出鐵觀音。[1]乾隆元年（1736年）舉博學鸿詞科，寓居李清植館邸，乾隆六年（1741年），留京参与修《三礼》。[2]乾隆十年，任湖广黄州府蕲州通判，卒於任上。著有《仪礼紃解》。

  1. ^ 王士让《晓阳乡南岩小引》:“让于乾隆元年丙辰之春，与诸友会文于南山之麓。每于夕阳西坠，徘徊南轩之旁，窥山容如画。见层石荒园间，有茶树一株，异于其它茶种。故移植于南轩之圃，朝夕灌溉，年年繁植。春初之后，枝叶茂盛，圆叶红心，如锯有齿，黑洁柔光，堪称无匹。摘制成品，其气味芬香超凡。泡饮之后，令人心旷神怡。……辛酉是年，让赴京师，晋谒方望溪相国，携此茶品以赠。方相国转进内廷，蒙皇上召见，垂询尧阳茶史，恩赐此茶曰‘南岩铁观音’。”
