拉脫維亞總統（拉脫維亞語：Latvijas Valsts prezidents）是拉脫維亞的國家元首及拉脫維亞武裝部隊（英语：Latvian National Armed Forces）最高統帥[2]。

拉脫維亞總統任期為四年。1999年之前，任期為三年。總統可以連選多次，但連續當選不得超過兩次。[3]。在總統職位空缺的情況下，拉脫維亞議會議長（英语：Speaker of the Saeima）將承擔總統的職責。例如，在雅尼斯·恰克斯特去世後，議會議長保爾斯·卡爾尼斯（英语：Pauls Kalniņš）在1927年短暫擔任代理總統，直到選出新總統。

拉脫維亞總統的角色不完全是禮儀性的，總統與內閣和總理分享行政權力。然而，總統並不對履行所有職責負政治責任，所有的總統命令必須由內閣成員——通常是總理——進行副署[2]。

現任總統是拉脫維亞前外交部長（英语：Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Latvia)）埃德加斯·林克維奇斯，他於2023年5月31日由議會經過三輪投票選出，並於2023年7月8日開始其四年任期[4]。這使林克維奇斯成為歐洲聯盟成員國中第一位公開的同性戀國家元首。
