威悉股份公司（德語：Aktien-Gesellschaft Weser）是一家德國造船公司，設置於威悉河畔的不来梅，成立於1872年，最終於1983年12月31日破產倒閉，存在期間共建造過約1400艘各式船艦。1926年至1945年期間曾與八家德國造船公司合作，聯合成立「德國船舶和機械工程股份公司」（Deutsche Schiff- und Maschinenbau Aktiengesellschaft）。
